MTData's Advanced Vehicle Tracking System has an extensive range of features and flexibility. It is a Client/Server based operation to enhance speed and performance. The system operates using Windows and an SQL Database and may be hosted at your premises or we can host it depending upon your needs and size. Our in-vehicle hardware has a number of significant benefits. It is small compact and offers either GPRS, CDMA 1x, or both networks for communications. We offer our customers not just vehicle tracking devices but also in-vehicle phone kits, G-Force Sensors, ECM Interfaces, and a range of Mobile Data Terminals. With MTData hardware, you can commence with vehicle tracking and purchase these additional options to plug in later. It is no more expensive to add additional hardware upfront or in the future.

The system also has a comprehensive set of reports. Our reports are generated in Excel and include:

• A Trip Report showing the start and finish locations of every journey, the distances traveled, the time taken to get between each location, and the time spent at each location. View example here.
  
• A Detailed Vehicle report showing the streets and suburbs every report period where each vehicle traveled, the speed traveled, the maximum speeds traveled between the accumulated vehicle travels. View example here.
  
• Stationary Period report showing every stationary period of a vehicle for more than x minutes and showing the idling period of each stationary period. View example here.
  
• A Vehicle Usage report showing the travel periods and usage of each vehicle. View example here.
  
• An Exception report where users can view all the exceptions that they choose to monitor. This may include overspeeding, over revving of vehicles, excessive time spent at a customer's location, Ignition On or Off locations or a combination of these options and more. View example here.
  
• Location Report that advises where all vehicles in your fleet were at any given date or time and whether they were moving or not. View example here.
  
• Way Point Reports let you know by customer when your vehicles attended these sites and the time they spent at these sites and the number of vehicles that attended these sites over a time period. View example here.
